EVENT FAQ
Where is the event? The Fort Bend County Fairgrounds in Building C, 4310 TX-36 S, Rosenberg, TX 77471. You will drive over to the main entrance of the Fairgrounds, parking will be right outside the gate. There are two other events that night, but you will know where THE PARTY is at. Check out our main page for a picture of the entrance.
Is it inside? Yes! We are inside Building C.
What happens if it rains? The party is indoors and it will be amazing! We will make sure you can get to the food trucks and stay dry.
When is the event? 6PM - 10 PM on April 20th.
What do I wear? Why 80's styles, of course! In addition to celebrating our amazing athletic achievements, we will also be celebrating Clements High School and the year it opened its doors, 1983! We are talking bright neon, tracksuits, shoulder pads, mini skirts, parachute pants - we want to see it all! Otherwise, come dressed simple and chic.
When does the program start? The LIVE Band will be playing at 6PM and the program will start at 7PM. Please use the 6-7 PM time to look at the silent auction, purchase Head or Tails, purchase your food, and HAVE SOME FUN! The band will play again as soon as we finish the live auction and raffle pull.
Will there be drinks? Yes! We are hosting an OPEN BAR! Drink responsibly.
Will there be food? We are providing a light snack and access to three amazing Food Trucks that will have everything from fried shrimp to BBQ available for purchase throughout the entire night. Links to Compadre Cookers, Sammie Joes, and Cousins Maine Lobster are all on our main site.
How do I purchase my food? Food Trucks will be waiting right outside. Some of them also allow for online orders and you will be notified via app when your food is ready for pickup at their window.
How do I bid on silent auction items? You can bid through SilentAuctionPro using your cellular device. We will have guest wifi as well as a couple of hot spots for guests to use. See the information below.
When does the Silent Auction close? At 9:15 PM the auction will close and you will be notified on where to go to pick up your winnings. If you are not attending, we will work with you to make sure you receive your winnings as soon as possible.
What else do I need to know? Get the word out!! This event is our only fundraiser for the Booster Club and benefits all of the sports, so let's make this a night to remember! Last minute tickets are still available!
